About the Artist
Monica comes from a family of professional photographers and artists. She received her first camera at the age of four (a Brownie for those of you who remember cameras before the digital age). She received her first studio job while she was still in High School. She studied photography at CSUEB and has spent years shooting local performers, weddings, children, company portraits, and events.
Her unique vision and background in fashion photography makes her very detail oriented to giving you the best poses and her calm demeanor will create a relaxed and playful atmosphere. Monica has had her photographs published in literary journals and has been chosen to curate the Sun Galleries upcoming Ever After exhibit in September 2006.
